Jason, I pulled up in the Bunnings car park but near Supercheap about 8.20 in a silver Prado. I did see a couple of cars there out in front of the doors and some people around waiting for it to open and thought to myself, what is the chance they are after Maxtrax?
I had to get a few things in Bunnings and Supercheap wasn't open yet so I went in there first and was back at Supercheap about 8.35 but you had been and gone by then. Anyway managed to get a set at what seems a fair price.

Hi Brett that was me that was waiting outside the carseldine store, doors opened and I was in. They only had the one set on the shelf glad they found another set out back for you.

Thanks a heap Hutch you were certainly on the money and thanks to you a few of us knew to hit SCA first up and save some coin. I have never seen them come down to that price and I don't know whether SCA would be making any money at all on them at that price.

I bought the "Dirty Weekends" book on friday which came with a DVD advertising Maxtrax, after watching it I almost ordered a set of these online from the Maxtrax site at full price plus postage.

Thanks to this thread I walked into my local SCA at 10am this morning and got the second last set for $236!!

Walked into the Carseldine store at 8.35am and found the shelf empty. Asked the guy and he said a bloke had just bought them but he looked and found another set out back. I think probably the last set there. $236

Got a Gerni cleaner while I was there as well as I have been looking around for one. 20% is pretty decent.

Got mine from Supercheap for $236 this morning after waiting with a group of others for the shop to open at 8:30am: only have 2 sets left in that store.

I'm on holidays in Yamba at the moment (and loving it!!!) so my Brother in Law is going to try picking up a set for me from SCA Toowoomba (hopefully Toowoomba store has some in stock....) with the 20% off they should end up being around the $240 mark?

I just saw an ad for it, only exclusions were, navigation and gift vouchers.
