Wow really? I've never seen them go for that cheap, are you sure its not one of those "up to 20% off" sales. They only put the crap stuff on 20% sale and the stuff you really want either at normal prices or just a bit under.

Yes it is LFaR Prado, photo from the 2009 GTG.
Funny, my daughter sent me an SMS last night saying she thinks she just saw my car on TV. A SuperCheap ad. Sure enough she was right

    LFaR.

Got some mk2's from tinnie and tackle show for $259, better than $299 from the normal ripoff merchants :-)

Sounds like you were lucky and have the MkII You can easily tell - the MkII has three lonitudinal braces and the MkI has two with raised cones in between.

More importantly though, flick to page 2 of their Easter catalogue and have a look at the promo photo they have used. Looks familiar...

Not sure if this is Oz wide, but it is in the WA one.

There you go, learn something new everyday. I Googled and found that Ray's Outdoors also belong to the Super Retail Group.
They did mention Ray's as well.

I just went back and bought a set of the MkII from Supercheap.

I have seen people in this thread saying how the MkII can be used for bridging as they have higher longitudinal strength. On the instruction sheet that comes with them it states "DO NOT USE on hard/rocky ground, for bridging, as a ramp or below -10 degree C". Where did the idea they can be used for bridging come from?
