  • I saw the penultimate prototype of the new spare wheel carrier for the Maxtrax yesterday... looks good. Nice and quick to use. Very secure and is made to allow for a few inches of caked on mud after use
    Cheers, Leon

        • Nice work guys.
Here's an idea that I've been mulling over.
Not sure if the bracket will still fit for those who have Rhino HD 1250mm bars with an ATxx10 alloy tray.

EDIT: According to this website http://www.etrailer.com/Roof-Cargo-C...1810-HK35.html , an AT1810 is 43.5" wide = 1105mm. The bracket takes up about 125mm. So about 20mm to spare.

              • I think I've loaded up the current fabricator enough already. Might go for plan B.
What do you guys think if I pushed the bracket outboard from the car, extend the bracket lower and have provision for a shovel holder?

In a shed somewhere there is one. Was looking to get a nice shiny one that works at some point.

                            • ...amts, Craig has a point, the vast majority of us have the sportz bars. I for one would love to benefit from your ingenuity once agin.

edit: even if I have to go to the end of the line this time lololol
