6-speed manual trans service - how to?

Hi guys, looking for advice on DIY servicing of the 6-speed manual transmission.

How often does the hydraulic fluid need to be replaced? (I’m thinking every 40K when I do the diff / trans fluids)

What type of oil do I need?

How much oil do I need to do the job?

What tools do I need?

What is the process for doing preventative maintenance?

Anything else?
