Hi Guys,
Has anyone extended their manual transmission breather? I have read that it can be accessed by removing the centre console and gear stick rubber boot. I'm wondering though, does it even need to be extended? What is this breather for?
There's an exploded view of the MT showing the breather, halfway down the page on this thread:

If anyone who has done this mod can vouch for the case fittings in this kit being correct size and thread I'd appreciate it.
