P.T...that's a nice solution, does look a lot better. I abided the 'trailer' lights on the bar so bought:
http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...gn+replacement.
Were not a real lot more. Apart from the spotties and headlights I've mostly changed over to LED!! FWIW I've the old lights in a box if you want them. Not as yellow as top pic but not as clear as bottom...somewhere in-between. Not inc postage some one can have them inc all the wiring!!!

I realise this is a very old thread, but I found myself with cracking yellow lenses and decided to just replace them. The unit itself is in perfect working order, why go the extra effort of replacing that too? $31 for a pair of lenses shipped from Ezi Auto Parts. Didn't want to go LED just to find a cracked lens on that in a year and have to replace the whole unit again because you can't buy spare lenses for obsolete units. At least Narva I should be able to keep buying for a few more years yet

New:
They need to get a bit of dirt on them to match the rest of the Prado now

Foxy,
Just wanted to say they are giving those lights away in S.A.! One mob over here wanted $30 for the complete unit and a $10 fee for them to order it to the shop!!!
That was a good find!

Just wanted to say "THANKS" to Wes who kindly searched for, located and sent me his old lights! What a great bloke! Never met him before... but it's people like you Wes who restore my faith in human kind! One day I'll get around to the LED conversion and I will be able to 'pay forward' your good will!
Thanks
John

Hi All
Had a blown parker globe, cracked and yellowing lenses so time to source some new lenses I thought.
Went to My friendly Auto electrical wholesalers (Realport Traders) at Wingfield S.A.
Unfortunately they didn't have the lenses in stock, however they had two complete assemblies on the shelf.
Quoted $12 +GST for the replacement lenses and $15 +GST for the complete unit, needless to say which way I went.
So the new Bullbar parker/indicator lamps got fitted last night - 2EZY!
Grabbed some new globes also as the indicator bulb had their amber coating flaking off.

Thanks for that
Thanks Wes!
I had tried everything I could think of via Google, I'd looked at Hella lights but gave up thinking that if Hella didn't do the lights Narva certainly wouldn't.
I was wrong... but please don't tell my wife.

120 Genuine Toyota Bull bar parking/indicator light replacement
Things appear to have changed aliitle since I was last here... I do note that the site is still jam packed with great info!
One of the parking/indicator lights on on my genuine bar was smashed by a cocky. I have contacted Toyota and they do not sell a replacement lens HOWEVER the sell a replacement LIGHT for $80!!
I was driving one of the work Pajero's the other night and noticed that it appears to have the same light/lens on it's Poly Smart Bar. While down the street today I saw a Hilux with a genuine bar that was fitted with the same lens/light.
I have contacted the Poly mob but haven't received a reply. I have searched this forum from top to toe and can't find anything.
Has anyone had this problem and found a solutuion cheaper than Toyota's? $80 for a $2 plastic lens cover is ridiculous...Tags: None
