Well i’m Stumped. I was installing a battery tray yesterday and because it was so hot I opened all the windows to cool the car down as it was standing outside. I disconnected the battery with the windows down. Connected it all up again to discover that driver window was the only one that would go up. I can’t get the passenger windows to budge. All articles refer to resetting the auto up and down function (5 second down and 5 second up) but none discuss the windows being in the fully down.... Any ideas.....

gosh...that's a doosey. as LeighW says...you are using the switch on the individual door?
I had the issue a few weeks back, but my windows were up when I disconnected it.
Mine needed do roll down to half way, then up.
I guess worst case, you could pull door skins off and 'hot wire' it to go up, then follow standard process.
