Hi all.
Has anyone been able to use their TechStream? Does anyone have a recent link from an Ebay purchase that was successful?

Not a recent link unfortunately but I searched "techstream" on here and found that I had posted this in 2017:
Earlier cheaper leads with firmware 1.4 ( I think from memory) will connect but not read the data lists you need a later lead with firmware 2.0.1 (again from memory so those numbers may not be right but you get the idea)
If you look on a forum called car technology dot co dot uk they have the latest techstream version to download and they will activate it for you if you post the number, you get keys for all four different areas.
These versions do work but are quite unstable, I have tried all the drivers available but I think the stability problem is caused by the rip off Chinese made leads. Not sure what a "proper" one would cost but I suspect it would be prohibitive. Please post your success or failure!
