Thanks piggy
On my GXL the fog lights should come on with parkers. I have checked the globes and they are both fine. Power on headlights/parkers. The 15amp fuse in the engine compartment fuse box is okay, I swapped the fog light relay with heater relay in the engine compartment fuse box. The fuse in the cabin fuse box is also fine. Still I have no power on either fog lights. Does anyone know if there is any other relays or fuses? I'm starting to lean to the light combination switch but not sure how to test it as all other functions work!

Makes no sense. Are you saying they have power at the fogs on parkers/headlights on?
You haven't yet discounted the fog light switch on the stalk.
How did you check the fuses? with a multimeter?
Is the relay clicking when you toggle fog light switch on off? (with parkers on) If no and fuses checked with a meter, then its likely fog light switch.
You then need to go into testing at the plugs under steering column to ensure they are getting power before totally blaming the switch.

No, there is no power to fogs at all. Headlights and parkers work fine. I haven't disconnected anything from the stalk.
Yes I checked the fuses with a multimeter.
When you turn turn on parker lights they should come on with parkers!
There is no other switch for fogs, it's all done through the stalk, lights and indicators.

There is a fog light switch on the stalk. Closest to the inboard (Steering column) side.
If it is as you say and fuses are good, and switch on stalk (Fog) is ON, (Rotated forward) and no relay clicking, then you either have a dud fog switch, unplugged cable or no power getting to feed the fog light switch on stalk. Need to drop plastics around steering column and get the multimeter out.
