Hi guys new to site , great so far I have what I hope is a small maybe not problem with my 120 diesel . It has 160 k on it but I am having a occurring problem with cold starts and sometimes on hot with engine starting on a rough idle blowing white/blue smoke for a couple seconds then settling down to a perfect idle , I have recently replaced glow plugs have removed intercooler and cleaned throttle body ( was very BLACK AND GREASY ) I also run two fuel filters running through added first then through factory filter . I have also noticed that I lose pressure between primer pump and fuel injection pump overnight ( is this normal ) car has plenty of power otherwise and does not blow any other out of the norm smoke ????? if anyone can offer a suggestion I would appreciate it , am handy with a spanner but want to explore all my options before handing it to a diesel mechanic
