D4D Squeal under Load

I have a LANDCRUISER 120 3,0 D-4D from 2007, and recently I have discovered a squealing sound when accelerating (under load). My local mechanic thinks it's something to du with a leak in a hose leading to or from the turbo, but hasn't isolated the problem as yet. I have a link to a short video, where the squeal can be clearly heard. Any ideas?

I know it’s been a few years since your post, but I’m curious what the outcome of your situation was? I’m getting virtually the same sound under acceleration and load. My mechanic replaced all air hose clamps and did a boost and smoke test but couldn’t replicate the sound.

Did you identify the cause?
