Driving from Melbourne to Adelaide, about 30 km out, got 4 warning lights - VSC/TRC, VSC OFF, Traction light & Check engine light - and engine had no power. Managed to limp into Adelaide and next day to a Toyota dealer. They found that the injector pump had somehow come loose, with oil spilled on bash plate. Mounting studs were apparently stripped. Replaced pump, which had wear on "snout" (their description) and, to be safe, also replaced the timing belt. Gather that the mounting studs are loctited in place, so a mystery how they came loose. All good now. Anyone heard of such a failure?
