has anyone had problems with the exhaust manifolds? mine seems to make a noise at certain revs..........like exhaust manifold gasket is blown? i have tightened it but no luck with stopping it . (petrol 2004*

The ticking noise in the exhaust manifold is a well documented glitch in an otherwise brilliant product.
The easiest way to silence it is to wind the windows up and turn on the radio.
Some guys have gone and had aftermarket exhaust manifolds / extractors / headers fitted in an effort to eliminate the sound.

The v6 exhaust noise has been covered a few dozen times, search button will bring it up. Its a well known issue.
