    250K km Self Service

    Just wondering what else I should do?

    I'm ordering from Amayama:

    PCV Valve
    Fuel Filter
    Air Filter
    Oil Filter

    Have already cleaned the throttle body and do the MAF as part of a general service.

    how often do you check the valve clearances on a 120 series?
    I got myself some Big Horn Maxxis and was telling my landrover lover mate he said what size did you get I told him 265/75/16 he said I didn't know they came that small.

      Supposedly every 40k KM - I'll leave that to my mechanic.

        The sort of things we see either side of 250k, outside of normal preventative maintenance are:
        Front wheel bearings.
        Water pumps leaking.
        Radiators leaking.
        Idler bearings for drive belt.
        Maybe front lower control arm bushes.
        Not much really.
        Nothing that is going to stop you.

          Yeah, about 3 months before leaving for the GTG, will get my mechanics to give it a full once over.
