Howdy Folks,
I recently inherited my old man's 2003 Grande 120 (4 litre petrol, 4 speed auto) with 140k on the clock.
It's a beautifully maintained rig with Sovereign front bar, hard rear tyre cover, Toyota towbar and roof rack cross-rails being the extent of mods/accessories. It's basically been a highway tourer with some beach work into the mix.
Extensive reading on these forums leads me to believe that I have also inherited two issues prone to affect these vehicles, and just wanted to check that I'm correct in my assessments of same:
What say you learned folks?
Cheers,
Drew

- The "tractor" noise / exhaust leak / ticking etc. under load is caused by crappy standard exhaust manifold. Fitting a set of Pacemaker headers should improve or eliminate.
- Dash cracks - are best covered by a dash mat and lived with.
What say you learned folks?
Cheers,
