do you mean springs and shocks 50mm/2" lift? I have 2" tough dog shocks and springs and they work well. if you drive on corrugated dirt roads I recommend the lift kit as it gives the shocks more room to travel.
My stock shocks died on a trip to Kalbarri national park after going on corrugated roads for an extended period of time.

In short I couldn't see any benefit for the amount of time and money you will spend . Your 120 will look ridiculous if you have a bullbar and you probably won't be able to put anything more than 2 people in it legally . Buy some rock sliders .
03 grande v6 , with added stuff that makes it go places . RTFM people !

Body lifts can be engineered here but it isn't easy and not every engineer will do it. In Potugal? Who knows. Find GlenEP on here and send him a pm. There are a few guys with 90s running body lifts. Glen will give you the pros and cons as he sees it. I will probably give the Colorado ute a body lift one of these days but that is because the damn thing is too long and the body cops a beating. Wouldn't bother with the Prado, I would rather sneak a 3" lift and diff drop in.

Yep, you're much better off putting in a 2" suspension lift rather than a body lift! 3" is even better, but then you'll need a lot of modifications outside just struts/shocks/coils for a 2" lift.
I'm guessing ARB would be easiest for you to get your hands on over in Portugal.
