All I can do is tweak the correction factor in the settings. But the correction factor is my guesstimate which you would need to do every time you fill up to recalibrate the guesstimate until you think you've got it right.

For those with the 1KZ, can you get the following readings:
1. Fuel economy (average, instantaneous)
2. Transmission temperature

gday ive just setup mine last night so all new to me so any advice will be great


i get a auto temp reading but seems to give same reading as coolant temp (using method 3) method 1 and 2 give no reading

Hi Guys,

I got my OBD2 connector this morning - got this one:
I have a late model 2007 1kd and the Torque pro app and it worked without any set up. It doesn't seem to have all the sensors etc covered, but perhaps playing with the settings as others have will reveal more data.

I am really interested to see if this thing can get the injector values. If i get it right, i'll let you know how.

I am really interested to see if this thing can get the injector values. If i get it right, i'll let you know how.

It doesn't do injector values unfortunately but hopefully you have deeper info to draw it out.

My transmission temp method 1 and 3 are showing the same as the coolant temp as well... has anyone figured how to change this?

I wonder if it has to do with the custom advanced text you entered?

I can't get fuel economy, unless there a custom PID?
Mine's a manual so obviously trans temp isn't available.

If it doesn't connect, it might be a faulty dongle.

Wicked thread guys. I have been researching this for a couple of days now. I have looked into the software and now It now works on iOS devices.

I have followed the steps and I have a successful connection to my 1KZ (Jun 04). I cannot get any AT temp data? The only options on my Torque Pro are method 1 and 2, there is no method 3. There has to be an AT temp sensor because I have seen the AT TEMP warning light come on.

Any help please?
