    Hi Guys

First I want to congratulate you for this very interesting and informative forum.

After 20 years of driving our very reliable and beloved 86 model HJ60 Land Cruiser, my wife and I decided to go for something more modern and perhaps a bit smaller in size. So we ended up buying a Prado 08 GXL 4.0 a week ago. It has only 168K on the clock and looks great in and out.

Now we just want to buy some really good quality sheepskin covers to add some additional comfort and protection. They should have at least 5 or 6 star rating and a snug fit without any movement over time. So, what brand could you guys recommend (out of your own experience) and where to buy (shops or internet).

    Thanks for all your efforts
    Hans

I have a multi fit set from mortels http://www.mortels.com.au/shop/home.php?cat=28 , perfect fit on the 150s as that was what they used to cut the pattern for the multi fit, they look great in a dark charcoal colour.
Also have a set on our CX5 which are a delux custom set as they used our car to cut a pattern for that car on release in 2012.
Prior to this we had a set on our old 120.
I happy to recommend the company for sheep skins.
    Pretty sure they mail out
New 2015 150s GX 5 seater with floor mats, towbar and a big wish list
Previously a 2004 120s 1KZ GX silver manual with stuff
before that a 1996 RV6 90S with lots of gear

Not sure with the 120's but the 150's (Late 2009 to present) have curtain airbags that require compliant seat covers to function correctly- Obviously something worth remembering if it applies to you (hopefully a 120 owner can comment futhur on this)

i have no affiliation with the following

i have a 120 series prado and bought on special sheepies from Autobarn. they have them ranging from 100 and 300$ upwards..mine rrp were round the 250/300 range with a $80 discount if i remember correctly

my sheepskins are about a 20mm pile in height....reason being is if you go the super plush, they look nice when new but when they get some use, and start to 'flatten' out, they look ordinary imho.

20mm pile is a good balance between comfort and practicality. went on the website and cant find them so a in-store visit may be req'd

im very happy with the qlty and fit

Has anyone put sheepskin covers on a grande leather seat? mine are cracking and am tossing up either getting them re-trimmed or just sheep skin covers.

On another note Is it possible to mount the seats from a 150 series into a 120?
