Leaking Rear Windscreen Washer Hose

Hi guys,

I went to wash my car today and reversed it down the sloped driveway, I then filled the windscreen washer bottle and noticed water leaking from underneath the right hand rear chassis. I've been underneath the car and can see water dripping rapidly from somewhere above the chassis but I'm unsure as to what I need to do to or specifically what parts I need to strip out to get at it and find the leak. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The tube runs along the kick panel on the driver's side and up over the wheel arch (if I recall correctly) then through the rubber tube between the body and rear door.
