Hi guys my wifes 120 d4d prado has no hot just less cold lol coming out of the heaters .. ive flushed heaters a few times and it gets warm for a few mins then back to cold please any help hints or ideas are much appreciated

How did you flush it? Maybe it's still blocked? If it's had some non compatible coolant added at some time then it would have gelled up and blocked the core. If so, I'd be flushing the radiator out too. Have a watch of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1R0hVEFZgrw&t=1309s
