I found some reasonably priced coil overs available in Australia called Off Road Boss:

They are twin tube design, 100% oil filled and have a 12 way adjustable rebound.
They claim up to 3 1/2 inch lift by adjusting the spring seat, even when using standard springs.
You can use the original front spring, any aftermarket spring or they can supply EFS springs to suit.
The length of the strut itself can also be customised, depending on the length of the stem used.
They also have a large range of shocks available, up to a massive 1000mm extended length, so finding the right length rear shock should be no problem:
