My Arb deluxe bar started rusting on the welds on the inside within 1 yr

If anyone has a white bullbar I use a spray can of "surf mist " to touch up the rusty spots which is the same colour I did my led bar with & matches the bar.

hi guys, first post , ( big whoop ) haha, any way, a mate of mine has an arb sahara on a hilux, 2 weeks old, painted white, already rusty.
i cant see how they can be "premium quality " with this many bad reports. one of the reasons i stay well clear of that brand altogether..

Still "cuts off" maybe 3cm of the bottom of the lights, but nowhere near as much as the ARB does. The uplift of the main beam to follow the lights also avoids the Dame Edna look that some have and that I'm not personally fond of.

The 9" 185 watt China Clone LEDs fit with room to spare.

Looks pretty good dugite. What's your opinion on the build quality? And also with the white colour, have you noticed any high beam reflection from the top of the bar when driving? Some have said the ARB bar has this issue sometimes, but I notice the Ironman bar also seems to cut quite low across the top of the lights.

Droo75 - Quality seems fine, ask me again in a few years. I thought there would be annoying reflection (and was thinking I'd need to "mat black" out the top of the back, like I used to do with the alloy bars) but there's surprisingly little reflection and it does not annoy. When I turn the 185 watt spotties on the bar looks black, weird.

Dropbear - if you look closely you can see it's graphite arse in shots 1 and 3 on post #80. Place looks like some sort of a back yard Toyota dealer's. Do you want me to post some pics of it?

If you stay away from products with bad reports you'd never fit any accessories or for that matter buy a Prado? Just read through here and everything gets a bagging eventually, more about personal preference and bias than fact though.
