  • Drivers seat foam collapsing

I've had a look through the forums but surprisingly cant find anything mentioned.
Whats the best/easiest/cheapest way to repair the foam on the drivers seat?

Most Auto upholsterers can sort this. Had mine redone, including leather repairs, $250 all up.

A mate of mine told me that taking the seat out and taking it to the upholsterer will save you $'s, as they don't have to store your car and makes for an easier job. Just be aware that when reinstalling the seat you must plug the seat cable/connector into the loom before you hit the ignition as apparently the air bag warning light may illuminate. Then you'll have to take the vehicle to Toyota for them to reset.
