Pop outs for switches

More of a general question then model specific but interested in what people do when the inevitable happens and we run out of blank slots to locate switches for any aftermarket kit. With my 120, I've used up the available spots (compressor, front locker, rear locker, spot lights, rear work light over-ride etc.) so can imagine when upgrading to later models with more gizmos there's even less free blanks to place similar switches.

Not wanting to cut into a new dash, I've been looking at maybe a blank over the ciggy ashtray void to incorporate 2-3 switches. Another idea was some sort of a small box arrangement big enough to fit 2-3 switches sitting proud but inserted into blank spot for the wiring to run through. Probably need to have it offset so as to not interfere with the workings of any adjacent switches. Been looking in electrical shops for some ideas but so far nothing that suits.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Customer rocker switches also have switch housings and plates, this might help you design a new bank of switches.

Thanks Dusty, will follow them up although may have found the perfect set up in one of their sample jobs.
