2009-13/14 model Altitude audio upgrades?

I paid the extra for an altitude but the stereo
Does my head in.. No Bluetooth music streaming and the iPhone integration sux. Not to mention the navigation system is useless.

Are there any upgrade options? Toyota could make $$ by offering upgrades to older models - new in dash system with modern features is somthing I would pay for.
