Does anyone know how long the led headlights life is supposed to be?

Most likely longer than the car will last. Typical LED life is anything above 50,000 hours... -
Ok that’s good hope it does anyways ! And also when I asked about headlight covers and Toyota recommended not to use them as the led will be effected ? Not sure how ? Reflection ??Comment

I had the same comment made from Toyota Gurilla and then I had trouble purchasing covers for the lights. It was explained to me thus - The GX with halogen lights can have a headlight cover. The GXL and above with LED lights has an ADR requirement for self levelling lights and possibly a washing system to keep the lens clean. The addition of the covers would stop the cleaning spray from cleaning the lens if dirt was between it and the cover.2018 Prado 150 VX AutoComment

The gxl doesn’t have headlight washes it has the insert area on the bumper for other modelsComment

The GXL demo car I had the other week did have headlight washers.
