Hi,
I'm planning out how to run wiring into to the cabin on my car for a brake controller and UHF radio. The current planis to run 1 x 6mm twin cable with a 30A fuse on the starting battery into the cabin and tee the cable off onto a 20A fuse for the brake controller and 5A fuse for the UHF.
If I can get away with this then I only need 1 x power cable and 1 x antenna to come through the firewall on the passangers side.
Does anyone know if a brake controller needs a dedicated supply directly from the battery with no tee offs from a legal/roadworthy perspective?
Thanks,
