  • Aftermarket Replacement Headlights 150 Series

    Hi all,

I’ve refurbished my cloudy headlights a couple of times with diminishing reward for effort, so I’m thinking of replacing them instead.

Anyone had any experience with these for about 1/4 the cost of OEM items?

I have a 2011 GXL with electronic headlight height adjustment from a cabin switch. They say they replace the Halogen units only, not Xenon. Are there any early 150s with Xenon?

    Any thoughts welcome.

    Cheers,
    Rob

Mine's a 2010 GXL D4D & uses the H11/HB3 globes. When you say cloudy do you mean the low beam lense is cloudy? Now that I look at mine I realize that they are indeed very cloudy.

No, it’s the whole outer/external plastic lens. You can refurb it with polish and very fine grit sanding but it seems that it’s getting cloudy again after less and less time.

The plastic headlight protectors work a treat with preventing that.
