High beam adjustment

Is there a way to adjust the beam in an 09 150, mine are facing the sky, I know you can adjust the hole lot via the motor but I wana try and align it all properly as the high beams now useless,

I gather from your other post that you have a GX.
Do you have normal bulbs in the headlights or changed to something different?
How well are your low beams focused? Not shining into oncoming drivers' eyes or down to close to you own vehicle.
Normally the adjustment moves the whole headlight housing ie reflector and the lens which also focuses the high beam. Try getting the low beams focused first and then check the high beam. That worked ok with my previous Series 90 GXL and also with my 2019 GXL.
