Headunit recomendations for prado 2013 pre facelift with factory amp

Hi, I was wondering of anyone has experience replacing OEM stereo with a new headunit that works with the factory amp, Ive seen that the prados without amp use a different set of wires. here is a picture of the wires I see from inside and the OEM radio:



I was looking at radios like this https://www.joyingauto.com/2010-2013...head-unit.html

But they tell me that they dont have the correct harness for prados with factory amp. Any suggestions, ideally with links, I already have a facia to switch the computer screen to the bottom and fit a doble din on top so thats not an issue? this is a pic of my cockpit.
