Do you have one of our chips? If not, you are talking out of your hat as to how we deal with our customers. Our customers have first hand knowledge about their experience. Maybe you should contact them and argue your point. You will get their opinion rather than trying to get me to say anything that is contrary to your insupportable claims.
No serious customer cares what Company in Australia makes the boards for us. Are you for real? Why would you need for me to divulge this info? If you are so should you are helping the forum why dont YOU prove that we don't put it all together in our lab/workshop? I mean, then you will not be labelled a keyboard warrior but someone that REALLY digs out the facts.
BTW, would you like to show your facts of the other companies offering a better, no questions asked money back guarantee?

We dont place in water proof box because there is no need. We provide a water resistant box and include another nylon bag to place the chip in and mounted high on the firewall you would need to submerse the vehicle to submerse the chip. If people wish to place inside the cabin they can.
Reason why we don't take people like you seriously? I dont see you complaining that DP CHIP, ROO RAPID, TUNE IT ETC ETC ETC dont place their products in water proof box. I dont see you complaining about anyone elses lack of money back guarantee.
We write those words into the agreement because we dont want people to think you can take a chip on a test run and hand it back to us. Fact is, no one that has had issues with the product and asked for a refund was ever refused.
That's the problem with forums; any Joe can fling unsubstantiated BS without any recourse.
and for you mark to get on here after 5 posts and come out with negative, unfounded comments does speak a lot. We have been on forums since we started. Take a look at all forums we are on (google for them) and you can see that the overwhelming advice is that we give the best service pre and post sales, have a product that has more features than the opposition, better warranty and costs less money. Besides this, we are THE ONLY CHIP SELLING in Australia that does make their own chips. Let me make it clear Mark, NO ONE ELSE DOES ... they all buy from overseas at prices so low you would be surprised. For that matter, open a DP chip (or others mentioned) to see what components are inside. You get 3 diodes and a variable resister and that's right ... no water proof box!!! Robert, sounds to me like you can't take some very simple and obvious criticism. Call it constructive criticism. I could have coated it in sugar but i just stated it simply. I make a couple of obvious and factual points and im 'having a bash'? Next you'll be dismissing me off hand becuase i havent got 500 posts up here.
The fact is i took that quote directly from you guys. If youre so happy to give a moneyback guarantee why dont you simply remove that bit and make it a real moneyback guarantee?
I see you totally ignored my comments about pictures of your manufacturing facility. And if you do manufacture it why cant it be put into a simple waterproof or at least water resistant plastic box as these are available from Jaycar also.

Mark the Op Amp that we advised of in a previous post effected all chips ... not just Prado of course.
Sounds like you are pissed off about something else and by sticking a post like you have here shows that we may never get on your good side.
About refunds, ask any one on this forum that has ever wanted a refund if they were refused? In fact ask the lovely lady in posts above regarding emails she received from us OFFERING her money back.
We sure bend over backwards to see our customers happy where ever and when ever possible. Anyone that has been to our shops and dealt with us will have seen this first hand. Dont know where you get off having a bash at us like you have.
