Yep, ruled out the AC early in the piece. For example, today the ambient was approx. 30degress. When driving on the motorway, without the AC on, all was fine (approx 750rpm) then for no apparent reason the rpm increased to approx. 900rpm at idle. What I cant understand is that when this first started to happen the engine would settle back down after a few mins. This 'settle period' has gradually increased to now 15+mins. Any advice would be very welcomed. Got me well and truly buggered??
