The plastic top tank on the radiator is one to check after any engine work has been done.
There’s a plastic nipple on the top tank for the hose running from radiator to overflow tank.
Any pressure on that hose will crack off the nipple.
Impossible to point the finger of blame once you’ve driven away so check it before you take delivery.
Only fix is a new radiator which gets expensive.
