Over recent months, I have noticed a bit more rattle/vibration in the vehicle while idling. My vehicle is 2019 GXL with a 1GD motor. A couple of hundred kilometres short of 110,000km. I can live with the issue so far.
However, I asked a couple of mechanics about the issue, and without prompting, both of them suggested the cause was some hardening of the engine mounts.
One of the mechanics inspected and took a couple of pics. Both mechanics stated the mounts are still notionally ok though.
Anyone else having noticed this matter with their vehicle? Any comments?
