Reverse camera issues

Hi guys I have looked through many forums but cannot find a thread could someone link me to the correct thread or shed some light on my issue, I have just brought a second hand Prado 150 gxl turbo diesel 5 sp auto 2010 model

it has a little mark at the rear not sure how bad it was before it was fixed but otherwise very good condition but the reverse camera and sensors do not work the sensors beep when there's nothing and stop when there is something and the reverse camera comes up black and just says check your surroundings, I have removed camera and cleaned the connection on the spare wheel and I pulled the dash apart and made sure any plugs I could find were plugged in but still nothing,

I have looked at others and can see a yellow av cord but can't find it in my car so not sure where it plugs in! I'm currently thinking maybe the mark on the rear bumper is related I'm not sure so confused any help would be amazing

If you advise what model 150 you have you are more likely to get a helpful response. More detail always helps.
