  • TPMS + Torque pro

    Hi,

Apologies if this topic has a resolution , I tried digging the forum but did not find a definite solution.
Does any one have the formulas for the Prado 150 TPMS pressure and temperature to be used with Torque pro.

I did find an explanation on how to do it :
    https://www.tundrasolutions.com/thre...o-pids.134700/
    and the scangauge website
    https://www.scangauge.com/x-gauge-co...us-scion-tpms/

before diving in and trying these options , I am looking for an easy way out

if not I have more questions
    - how do I know which TXD and other details to use there are 4 sets of sensors there
    - as for the RXD formula the thundersolution site does not explain what to do with 68 as the last two digits

any help will be appreciated, apologies if something not in order newbie here

I see no responses , so I guess this was not cracked yet
on my searches I did find a cool app from windows that can convert ScanGugeII info to ODB pids
without a very complex understanding of the formula
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/sg...sft_web_search
still did not find the right info for 150 TPMS

      TPMS as in Tyre Pressure?

Don't think it is available in Prado.

        yes , Tire pressure
I have tire pressure warning light - that I know that works as it lights up every time I air down.
I also had sensors swapped and reconfigured via the ODB plug
I hope some one solves it, looks I am headed to buy a external TPMS sensors and connect them to my android head unit.
when off-roading the exact value and temp is important to monitor

Have you tried the one that connects directly to ODB and show in visor que takes place of one blind button? I found it on AliExpress, didn't tried it yet though. This is just for the TPMS!

          For Torque Pro, try this configuration: ATIB 96 \n ATIIA 13 n\ ATSH8213F0 \n ATSP4 \n 0100

A lot of vehicle tyre pressure warning systems work on changes in rolling diameter, sensed from the ABS system, and not actual tyre pressures. That could be how the warning light works
