I bought a prado 150 3 door 180k ( 2011 ) 3.0 diesel automatic . Suspension never been changed. I dont like the way it rides. It feels quite unstable and there is a lot wambling.. passengers even driver gets nausea....( like beiing on a boat).i mainly do on road(80%). What suspension do you think i must purchase in order to improve the ride comfort and stability? Also engine is not so responsive and strong.. how can I improve this? ( mechanic said that the engine has no obvious problems).

No I haven’t! I want to see all the options that they are, gather opinions from
personal use of members and then i would decide.

Hi Thankats
I put a Dobinsons IMS monotube 40mm lift kit in mine and it is a pleasure to drive on and off road now. The standard springs must have sagged dramatically as it sits so much higher now.

I upgraded with ironman nitrogass suspension coils and tubes! It is firmer steadier but hard on bumbs!! Because of the lift 5 cm it doesn’t look
pretty! And more noise on high spead. I also
replaced all the injectors with new originals and the engine is fine strong and with no problems!!

First off, try increasing tyre pressure. I run 40psi in rear and 38 in front. Tyres wear better and smoother ride. Best thing I did but was OME 2" lift. Improved handling a lot.
