I put bilstien shocks and kings springs on my old pajero and it’s was a real good ride... probably will investigate them and fox shocks on the new 4WD when the time comes

One of the biggest things with corrugations is tyre pressures. What pressure do you run, and what speed do you normally do?

Where I was doing a reasonable speed I had the cold temp down to about 30psi. That said didn’t change till sAnd or traction
          was a problem

Whilst Kings would be the ultimate (And expensive) one other option would be a set of the Whitey custom valved Ironman units from the group buy.. A few of the lucky few that got this group buy suspension have raved about its capability with offroad work including corrugations.. Might be the answer for you.. Although the group buy has finished, There is one last set in the for sale posts if you're quick.

Pick up the Whitey gear off Piggy. Avoid the cheaper remote res shocks...

Which shocks are you referring too, and what is wrong with them?

Looking at there performance on corrugated roads ( heat test ) most of the one we have seen shape up well

Having seen the damping curves on the most recent remote res shocks, I wont name them, I would avoid them.

You don’t like a product from its paper value, dont take this the wrong way but you really need to see what they are like in the field.

Having hammered Whitey's shocks on heavy corrugations I can't rate them highly enough.

First hand feedback is always good, great to hear they handled it well

Test results, not some random piece of paper. Anyway get what you like.

Fair enough, I’d imagine you would have also seen the heat test results for the foam cell pro shocks you are recommending for corrugated road use ?

Great shock thow it is not really suited for the application at hand, frequent corrugated road use and they simply won’t last

Most of the remote res shocks will go a lot longer
