  • DIY Suspension Install

Evening, just after everbodies opinions on how simmilar the guides for replacing the suspension in a 120 and 150 are?

With some reasonably expeirenced guidance, I would like to attempt to replace the springs and shocks in my prado myself. There seems to be quite a few videos on how to DIY for the 120 as well as this excellent article https://www.pradopoint.com.au/forum/...de-for-Grande=

Do you think I'll be able to get by following the above article excluding the tems references?

    Thanks in advance

Very easy mate, never did it before but did my lift the other week.. you need decent car stands and a decent trolley jack

      rear took litterly 40 mins

fronts were a little fiddly took maybe 2 hours on one side but once I knew what to do the other side was done in almost 30 mins

Agree with those above. It’s a relatively painless process.
i was lucky enough to have the use of a hoist and air tools when I did mine (twice) but it’s almost as easy just :using jack & stands.
