OEM strut with heavy duty spring for steel bullbar?

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with or has knowledge on using the standard Toyota strut with a heavier duty spring? I am fitting a TJM steel bullbar to a '21 GX, I don't really need any lift just want the front to sit at the same height as it would with out a bullbar. (Note- no additional weight upfront eg. no dual battery, spotlights, brushbars, underbody protection etc)

Hi I am interested in the same..no lift but firmer front spring to take weight of bar and winch whilst maintaining on road comfort…anyone have suggestions on how to achieve? Thanks!

Hi BWT88,

I have a 2.5inch lift on my 2020 GXL, with ARB steel summit bar, winch and UVPs. There is no selection to the springs I have installed by ARB, it comes with the BP51s. I am a little disappointed in that it has settled quite low in the front, and the spring is struggling with the weight. This is despite them being "designed" for this weight.

Did you manage in the end, I am curious as to your spring choice?
