2019 prado suspensión uncomfortable/shockers need updating?

hey guys
I've come here for help.. before we sell our Prado if we can't fix it..
our car has done 45,000km and the factory suspension is getting worse to sit in the car. is this normal?
we find it very soft and feel every tiny bump in the road with shock coming thru the seats even waking up our 5month old baby.
tyres are on 32 as if I have them higher the ride is worse
the Prado has no bullbat or weight added still on factory tyres. was hoping for shockers to help fix this issue and what brand etc.

Sounds like a collapsed shock.
The prado is one of the smoothest riding 4wds you will own!
If your handy, you can look for oils stains around all of your shocks and inspect the bushes while you’re there.
As far as brands go, any major 4x4 shop will be able to help, just avoid pedders.

Interesting you indicate suspension is very soft but you feel every bump?

What tyres are fitted, is the car level or sagging at one corner?

2019 would still have warranty (or very close to?) Have you spoken to Toyota?
