Hi guys
Since last week my 90 series has developed a weird rattle somewhere underneath which i cant figure out where exactly and now it has also decided to start whining/whistle. Its and 3.4 auto and i just had it serviced a few weeks back
The rattle sounds very tinny like exhaust or something but it only does it when in gear which i found strange, same for the whine/whistle noise. I cant hear it while driving only when i stop and its still in gear, its been driving like normal and no vibrations or anything that gives it away. Im stumped as to what it could be hopefully i can get it into the mechanics this week but i was hoping someone had some info on what it might be
