My 96 Prado TX diesel cranks but won't turn over. I wanted to check the fuel pump fuel but couldn't find one in the fuel box located in the engine bay. is that where it would be and if so what is it labeled as? I checked the ECD fuse and it was fine but didn't see an EFI fuse. TIA
