Torque settings for intercooler air intake

I had to remove the intercooler this afternoon to rearrange some hose clamps on the firewall and when I reassembled everthing and went for a test drive the turbo was squealing like a pig. I went straight back home and found the two bolts and two nuts that connect the air intake connector from the turbo to the intercooler had worked their way loose in a matter of seconds. When reassembling I didnt overtighten them to avoid damaging the aluminium thread but thought I did them up tight enough, but obviously not. Anyone know what the torque settings are for these four fixtures as I dont want them to come loose again.
