Squeaking when I take foot off accelerator

hi! I have a squeaking noise when I let my foot off the accelerator but the squeaking stops when I apply the accelerator. I took it to a mechanic and he said air con pulley needs replacing. I did that but the noise is still there. Any ideas? Thanks

Could it be another belt? Could be worth removing them in turn and starting and seeing what one gets the noise to go.
