Has this leather boot come loose for anyone?

Mine comes loose every now and then. The metal "loop" at the base of the boot is held in place by small clips on underside of the opening. I found the best way to reattach it is to push the boot down into the opening and then pull it straight back up by gripping onto the boot material. Most of the clips should catch but you may have to juggle it round a bit to catch those that haven't. Its a bit hard to describe exactly how to manipulate it, but with those that haven't caught you have to pull the ring in towards the gear levers by the material to get them to catch. It can be a bit frustrating.

No pics of how to install unfortunately, but if you have a look and feel you should see the clips I'm talking about. You kind of have to pull the ring inwards towards the gear stick using the material to get it to click into place. Not up the usual over engineered standard you normally expect from Toyota.
