Hey guys, pretty new here.
Was driving my 2.7 RV home the other day and had to really floor it on at a steep hill on the freeway to keep her at 80 (100h limit). About a minute after turning off the freeway the dash lights all turn on and the power cuts out. I pulled the car over straight away and gave it a minute or two and she started again fine.
Haven’t had a problem since but I haven’t pushed it that hard either, anyone have any idea what could be behind it. I’m suspecting a fuel filter as I’ve noticed a slight unpleasant smell and an engine rumble when idling or driving slow (rmp still seem normal). Think I might have had it in overdrive, so could also be the trans overheated not 100% sure
