Squeaking Sway Bar Ball Joint

The sway bar links on my 90series Prado have recently been replaced (300ks ago). Now, I get a pretty bad squeaking noise from the lower right ball joint. I've shown it to the mechanic. He greased it up which helps for about 30-50ks but then the squeaking comes back. I've re-greased it a couple of times myself but it doesn't really seem to fix the issue. Anybody here that had a similar issue or an idea on how to fix this permanently?
