Re: Getting to the GTG - from SEQ/Nortern NSW

    Hi Matt

Can we arrange a time to discuss the "pre GTG" event for the SEQlds? I'm happy to host it it would be in the Redlands.

    Regards, Richo.

I'll run a poll in email to confirm this. So far there have been requests for departing on Fri 24th or Sat 25th. I hoped to have some more planning completed, but that is still coming along. So I'll just focus on the departure date.

Depending on a few things... hire/purchase a CT... work dates for Zo... we'll either leave with everyone else or maybe meet up on the track somewhere a day or so later...
        Cheers, Leon

If there is anyone else interested in joining us, now is the time to let me know. Drop me a PM if you're interested.

          Cheers,

            And finally, the trip report...

Great Dividing Range (6-days from SEQ to PPGTG 2010).

                What happened with the cow.

Well, now I must say that I had tears in my eyes from laughing so much when the cow (nicknamed Daisy) turned up. As Stewy had left his wife at home, little miss Daisy thought Stewy would make him a sandwich...When he didnt, Daisy decided to take his loaf of bread instead. Stew didnt have a clue what to do with Daisy....but I think she had eyes for him..
Now Daisy was a cow with 3 horns (yep 3 horns). So I would think she was a bit "horny" for Stewy... ops: ops: . She has obviously been fed by many many tourists in the past as Daisy knew where to look for unattended food, such as in through open car doors. Daisy was also seen to visit numerous other campers when we stopped for lunch. She was not a shy cow and knew how to handle people. She even gave Callo a few grunts to show who was boss. Daisy also had a look into Stew's rear drivers side door (he left it open) and he had to go and tell Daisy to get away from his car.

Good ole Daisy was seen at many locations on our trip south. Even after Stewy left us to travel back home, it appears that Daisy had a crush on Stewy and was following us down to the GTG trying to find him....

Stewy will never live this one down, now the video has gone viral..... Stew, did you tell Renee about Daisy.....Well did ya.
SSSHHHH be very very quiet were huntin wabbits.
