Well I have to appologise to everyone regarding the shirts and caps as the freight company have come back to the shirt supplier and said they have been unable to locate the missing carton after doing a search in all states. At this stage it looks like being an insurance claim by MaxTrax as it was MaxTrax that paid for the shipping using their account with the freighting company. I do not know at this point what is going to happen with the carton that is in Sydney or even what is in the carton that is in Sydney. When I know more I will post it on this thread.

Well there has been a lot of tooing and froing going on between all parties over the missing cartons. The last I heard from Maxtrax is that they should be delivering them soon but as yet they still have not arrived.

You beat me to it, I am going to be sending out caps only as the carton containing the shirts has never been found by the shipping company. They finally delivered the carton containing the caps and have washed their hands of the loss of the other carton.Originally posted by D4D-GXL
I along with Maxtrax are pretty Péd off with this but there is nothing that we can do about it, the carton with the shirts has either been stolen or chucked away by someone in the freight company mistaking it for rubbish or something. Unfortunately that means no shirts will be forthcoming.
I will be sending out an email to all those that attended requesting their postal address. Where there are a number of members from the one area it would be good if I can send a bunch of caps to one person who could then hand them on to those that they see regularly.

Does the transport company not have some sort of insurance against things like this happening. In your circumstance I would suggest that you contact the embroidery company to see wha the recourse is for refunds etc. The only shirts that did arrive were the team leader shirts that were in the carton with the caps, I delivered the team leader shirts to Joel's house for him to pass on to the team leaders. Thank you Paul for your efforts in trying to rectify this stuff up by a bunch of clowns at some freight company. I also feel quite bad for those who have lost money due to this balls up.

Well folks I have some good news, the carton with the shirts has been delivered back to the embroidery company.
The carton was found in Adelaide but it only had the embroidery companies return address on it and not the delivery address to me.
So at this time we are discussing the best way to get the shirts to everyone, I will now hold off on sending just the caps as the shirts will probably be shipped to me here and then I will send them on with the caps to you all.
I am very pleased to be able to bring you this news as it was a bit of a downer for our GTG with them going missing.
